One-day, in-person workshops using Claude — designed for your industry, your obligations, and the way you actually work. Not generic AI hype. Real skills you use from day one.
Most AI training is generic. We build every workshop around the specific work, language, regulations, and obligations of one profession.
Every exercise, template, and example is built for your profession. Finance professionals write board commentary. Lawyers draft advice letters. Teachers design lesson plans. No irrelevant examples.
We teach what not to put in AI tools as rigorously as what to use them for. Privacy Act, professional conduct rules, confidentiality obligations — they're woven through every session.
Participants leave with the RCTF prompt framework — Role, Context, Task, Format — and a personal prompt library built during the day. Not theory. Ready-to-use tools.
Certificate of completion issued at the end of every course — same day, for every participant.
Each course is a standalone, full-day workshop tailored to the way professionals in that field actually work.
For accountants, bookkeepers, CFOs, financial advisers, and practice managers. From board commentary to client letters — faster and better.
For solicitors, barristers, paralegals, in-house counsel, and legal practice managers. Drafting, research, and client communication — without compromising privilege.
For GPs, specialists, nurses, allied health professionals, and practice managers. Clinical documentation and patient communication — with strict de-identification guardrails.
For APS/SES officers, ministerial staff, elected members, and local government professionals. Speeches, policy papers, and constituent correspondence — with every accountability test built in.
For classroom teachers, heads of department, deputy principals, and principals. Lesson planning, report writing, and parent communications — at a fraction of the usual time.
For selling agents, buyers' advocates, property managers, and principals. Listing copy, vendor updates, leasing communications, and social media — built for speed and compliance.
For developers, sysadmins, IT managers, security analysts, and solutions architects. Code assistance, documentation, incident management, and stakeholder communication.
For geologists, mine managers, HSE coordinators, environmental officers, and community relations professionals. Technical reports, safety documentation, and stakeholder communications.
Every course teaches the RCTF Framework — the same four-step method for writing prompts that actually work. It's simple enough to remember, powerful enough to transform output quality.
Participants spend the morning learning it, the afternoon applying it to their own work, and leave with a personalised prompt library ready to use on Monday morning.
Book a WorkshopTell Claude who to be. A senior accountant. A legal drafter. An experienced nurse. The expert role shapes vocabulary, depth, and assumptions.
Give Claude the background it needs — jurisdiction, client type, situation. Context is what turns a generic output into a specific, usable draft.
Be specific about what you want. Vague tasks produce vague outputs. The more detail you give, the closer the first draft is to what you need.
Specify length, structure, and tone. Email format. Bullet points. Under 200 words. Plain English. Format instructions make outputs ready to use.
Every course follows the same full-day structure — seven sessions, grounded in your industry, and building toward a capstone prompt you can use the next morning.
How Claude works, where it shines, where it fails. The RCTF Framework. What never goes into an AI tool — and why.
The most time-consuming documents in your role — built faster and better. Hands-on exercises from the first minute.
Included. Time to experiment, compare outputs, and start a conversation about what you're building into your workflow.
Client and stakeholder communication. Research and analysis. Practice management and workflow automation.
Industry-specific compliance, privacy, and ethics. Workflow integration. Each participant builds their personal prompt library and completes a capstone prompt.
Certificate of completion issued. Prompt library in hand. Ready to use Claude from tomorrow morning.
Every Claude Training School course spends as much time on what you should not do as what you should. Because in every profession, using AI poorly is a professional risk — not just a workflow issue.
We teach de-identification as a core skill — and practice it in every exercise. Real client, patient, or constituent data never enters Claude. Ever.
Finance professionals learn ATO and ASIC compliance. Lawyers learn privilege and professional conduct. Health professionals learn AHPRA and My Health Record Act. Not generic rules — yours.
Every course covers the hallucination problem in depth — with profession-specific examples of where confident AI errors are most dangerous, and how to verify before you use.
Claude drafts. You verify. The professional responsibility is always yours. We build this principle into every exercise, every template, every prompt.
"The best prompt you write today will save you an hour tomorrow — but only if you remember that Claude is your first draft, not your final answer."

No. The course starts from scratch and assumes no prior AI experience. If you've used Claude or ChatGPT before, that's a bonus — but it's not required. We've had participants who had never opened an AI tool and left using it confidently in their daily work.
A laptop or tablet with internet access. Claude runs in a web browser — no installation required. You'll be accessing Claude.ai during the course exercises. A free account is sufficient, although a Pro subscription unlocks higher usage limits. We'll walk you through setup at the start of the day.
Generic AI courses teach prompting principles that apply to any use case. Our courses are built around your profession. Every example, exercise, and template is designed for the work you actually do — and the compliance obligations you actually face. A lawyer's course covers legal privilege, case law hallucination risks, and AustLII verification. A nurse's course covers AHPRA, My Health Record, and patient de-identification. No other course does this at this level of specificity.
No — and this is a core principle of the course. You will learn to de-identify everything before using AI tools, and all exercises use fictional or placeholder data. This isn't just a course rule: it's the practice we're teaching. Entering real client data into Claude exposes your clients and your practice to significant risk. Every participant leaves knowing exactly how to de-identify effectively.
Yes. In-house training is available for groups of 8 or more. We can customise the course to use your firm's actual document templates, naming conventions, and workflow examples (de-identified). This is the most effective format for teams — everyone leaves with shared language, shared prompts, and a common approach. Contact us to discuss pricing and scheduling.
All participants receive: a printed participant workbook, access to the Claude Training School practice portal (during the course), morning tea and lunch, an afternoon tea break, a certificate of completion, and a digital copy of their personal prompt library. For public courses, venue and AV are included. For in-house courses, a facilitator travel fee may apply.
With the right guardrails, yes. Claude is a powerful tool that, used correctly, saves significant time and improves output quality. Used carelessly, it poses real risks — hallucinated references, privacy breaches, and outputs that require extensive correction. Our course teaches professionals to use Claude in a way that manages those risks and delivers real productivity gains. The short answer: it's safe when you know how to use it. That's what we teach.
